ACTIVELY SEEKING EDITING AND WRITING ASSIGNMENTS!
I am a writer and editor living in the area of Portland, Oregon. I graduated from Portland State University in 2012 with a BA in English, minor in writing, with the experience of working in the editing department of Ooligan Press for two terms under my belt. In 2013 I earned a certificate in professional editing from U.C. Berkeley Extension. For several years I have run Robin Layne Enterprises, "for writing that sings." I currently am seeking new clients. My resurrected website is still under construction, but it has some nice pictures and useful information on it.
I love Jesus and endeavor to glorify him in everything I do and create. I am the proud mother of a great artist, and I do a little art myself now and then. Hope you like it!

Hi, everyone!
Years have passed since I abandoned DeviantArt. Many changes have taken place since then. I went back to college after a 20-year break, and will soon earn my Bachelor's degree in English with a minor in writing. I started my own editing/writing business and edited a couple books. I became a Facebook addict. I've fiddled with art enough to come up with some new stuff for you to see, and I've uncovered some old stuff you can also see. I'm having fun today uploading pictures from my computer. It feels good to be naughty, when I should be working on homework or sleeping. But I'm not tired enough to go to sleep yet.

Hi, friends and strangers,
Sorry I have been gone so long. I dropped by here to read the description I did about "Best Leaves of 2005" because I'm struggling to write a paragraph about Portland's autumn leaves to submit to the publisher of a book. I'm not too happy with the stuff I've come up with. But as long as I am here, I will briefly bring you up-to-date.
Artisan Republic is no more, so no more "Robin's Nest." I do keep my news updated on MySpace, at myspace.com/robin_layne, in my blog, "Hatching My Eggs." I am still working on my vampire novel, but also doing a lot of other things. To date, I have published 7 articles on HubPages.com,
